Because you stop cooking, eating out, or ordering on Rappi, and schedule a truly healthy meal: high-protein portions, organic ingredients, pasture-raised meat, stainless-steel cooking, and plant-based packaging.

You choose the days, how many bowls you want each day, the portion, and the ingredients. We cook that same morning and deliver at the time you chose. You can have one delivered every day (daily delivery) or several in one drop-off (meal prep).

Every bowl comes with vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot), avocado dip, pea crunch, and a touch of sesame. We season with ghee, Colombian garlic, garlic powder, curry, paprika, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper. The base can be rice, criolla potatoes, or a salad of mango, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and kale.

It depends on the base: salad comes with vinaigrette (apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, and mustard); rice and criolla potatoes come with Greek yogurt dressing (Greek yogurt, cilantro, mandarin lime, and honey). The dressing always comes on the side, in a lidded cup. The included avocado dip goes inside the bowl.

Yes. You can add extra portions of dressing, avocado dip, crunch, or sesame to each bowl, up to a maximum per bowl. Extra dressing and dip come on the side in lidded cups. The price of each extra shows up as you build your order.

The 150 to 300 g portion is the raw meat weight, not grams of the protein nutrient. Depending on the portion and ingredients, a bowl gives you between 40–82 g of protein.

We cook in stainless steel, with no nonstick coatings, and keep the food from touching plastic in our kitchen. Since plastic is everywhere, we look for suppliers that avoid it and say so, certify it, or can show it.

In a 30 oz lidded bowl, with 2 oz lidded cups for anything on the side, a fork, and a bag. All the packaging is plant-based and plastic-free.

Up to 48 hours in the fridge. Since they have no preservatives and the packaging lets in a little air, they lose freshness after that. To keep them longer, move them to a glass container with an airtight lid.

The crossed-out price is the regular price, what it will cost after launch. The current price already includes the launch discount of more than 10%.

No. Orders and payment links already created keep their original total.

Someone from our team will review amount differences, payments under review, and refunds with you.

Yes. You can pick up at our partner location, Hills Boxing Club, Parque Empresarial T4, Llanogrande, instead of getting delivery, on any date and even if you are outside coverage; you don't need to join the expansion list or give an address. The hours and pickup logistics fee are confirmed when you order, and the fee is charged for each date you pick up.

Yes. Each date can have its own address, recipient, time, and delivery fee.

Not an automatic one for now. You schedule the days you want in each order, one a day or several in one delivery (meal prep). To schedule several weeks or a whole month, message us on WhatsApp and Katherine will set it up with you.

Only olive oil and ghee. We don't use any other oil.
